The History

Our Origin Story.

NAFTER was founded in 2022 by a group of systems architects and AI researchers who saw a fundamental flaw in the modern industrial landscape. While 'Innovation' was being discussed in boardrooms, the actual factory floors were still running on 20-year-old logic.

We started in a small lab in Vellore, India, with a simple goal: to create a bridge between legacy physical hardware and the nascent world of agentic intelligence. Our first project—a vibration diagnostic agent for a local textile mill—saved the client 60% in maintenance costs in the first month.
